House Republicans passed the “Parents Bill of Rights” Friday, the latest step in the party’s push on education and controversial classroom topics like critical race theory and LGBT issues.
The “nation’s report card,” as it is sometimes called, found score declines or stagnation in every state or jurisdiction in both grades 4 and 8.
