Anthony Samuels, the recipient of the Educational Improvement Tax Credit in Pennsylvania, was the youngest, black male to open a daycare in Philadelphia, PA. He’s led the way in diversifying his mostly white private high school. It is his goal to ensure all young black kids have options.
